- eBus
eBus thermostats use two-directional communication with the boiler to constantly exchange and compare data. Thus the output of the boiler is continuously adjusted to the requirements of the thermostat, which prevents fluctuation in the temperature of the heated space and noticeably lowers the operating costs for heating - Equithermal regulation
The temperature of the heating system water is automatically adjusted to the outdoor temperature. The system functions dynamically and reacts in advance to outdoor temperature changes. When it is cooler outside, the temperature of the heating water is higher and conversely, as the outdoor temperature increases, that of the heating water automatically decreases. - Condensing
A modern type of boiler, which uses the heat gained from the condensation of the water vapour in the combustion gases. A condensing boiler has a higher efficiency than a traditionally constructed boiler; it also contains a lower amount of pollutants in the combustion gases. - Boiler
Device for heating water within a heating system. The boiler, in combination with the pipes and radiators and possibly floor heating pipes, form the heating system. Modern boilers may have a built-in DHW heating system using through-flow technology or a built in or external DHW tank. Boilers are categorized by fuel type into gas, electric, heating-oil or solid-fuel (wood, coal) boilers. - CDCS
CDCS is an abbreviation for Chimney Draft Control System. The system is based on monitoring combustion gases temperatures being drawn from the boiler. If there is a build-up of gases in the boiler, that is if there is insufficient draft, this safety feature is activated and the gas feed to the boiler is shut off. - SPIN system
The SPIN system is a method of regulating the heating of water in the tank, in which the boiler does not wait for the water level in the tank to decrease, but dynamically heats water in response to water flow, thus gaining as much water as from a tank of a larger class.
Domestic hot water (DHW)
heated water meant for washing, bathing, showering and other domestic uses - Heating system water
Water heated in the boiler that circulates in the heating system. Heating system water brings heat gained from burning fuel to the radiators, underfloor pipes and other heating units, which warm the building's air.
