Production capacity, quality control:

• 5 production lines with machine cycle advancement for the production of floor standing boilers, 7 one piece flow production lines for the production of wall hung boilers, partially operating in two shifts
• maximum daily production of 720 pieces, maximum annual capacity of 240 thousand pieces
• planning and controlling production with the most modern computer equipment
• component warehouse organized in a modern fashion
• nearly 2,000 items from continuously tested suppliers from Slovakia and 8 other European countries
• final inspection on each production line, where bonuses are awarded according to quality
• the final inspector gradually tests the assembled boiler for water and gas leaks and for functionality of protective elements and the control panel.
• random testing of 2% of boilers daily by independent reviewers
• the ISO 9001 quality system has been certified annually since 1997 by the company Bureau Veritas
• Quality International
• external audits at supplier facilities
• every boiler is accompanied by a registration sheet from assembly to on-site instalment
